The process of building or remodeling a home is exciting, stressful and time consuming. There is no one better to spend the time with than Jim and Marianne Wise of Timber Ridge Properties. Not only do they make an incredible product with amazing attention to every detail, they are good people to work with. Building a custom home creates a relationship with the builder with design meetings, finish selection and progress inspections. If you do not have a close and friendly attachment these processes would be unbearable. Jim and Marianne and all of their staff made it quite fun and pleasant.
We have been in our custom Timber Ridge home for about six months now, and we are immensely pleased with the product. Almost everything is perfect, and the things which are not quite to our liking Timber Ridge is working hard to improve. They build an amazing home and stand behind their work. I would recommend Timber Ridge to anyone who wants to have a wonderful home or to remodel their existing home to amazing levels.
We feel that not only did we end up with our dream home, we ended up with lifelong friends.

Thanks to Timber Ridge Properties for making our dreams come true! We set out on a mission to finish our “basement” several months ago. Not exactly sure what path to take, we got several estimates, and then asked our dear friends Jim & Marianne Wise to give us one as well. Like most couples, we batted around the options, stewed about the decision…but in reality, we knew all along where our heart was. With precise attention to detail, timely construction, and exquisite character, our lower level became the warmest area of our home.
