TIMBER RIDGE PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES NEW JOINT VENTURE
Jim Wise of Timber Ridge Properties has just announced a new joint venture with Jeff Thomas of Thomas Properties, Inc, a real estate acquisition, development, and syndication company founded in Denver Colorado in 1987. This union of Wise’s economic background, and real estate and construction experience in the Denver homebuilding market, and Thomas’ history of large apartment ownership/management, condominium conversion and building renovation, creates a profitable match that will enable the joint venture to explore new areas of interest in Colorado, Arizona and other areas in the South West. They will begin with the Colorado Golf Club, the coveted new golf community located south and east of Denver, Colorado.
The first project to be presented by the partnership will be a luxury custom home in the Colorado Golf Club to be built on a 2.3-acre home site (#71) located at 8400 Preservation Drive boasting sensational views of Pikes Peak. This new luxury custom home will be consistent with the refinement and extensive appointments that Timber Ridge Properties is famous for. At the Colorado Golf Club, the Rocky Mountains loom just to the west, and Pikes Peak can be seen to the south. The sports, arts and culture of Denver are within easy reach via the light rail or a short drive. And yet the pristine natural environment and tranquility that surround members and residents feel worlds removed from the rush of daily life. The incredible 45,000- square-foot golf clubhouse presently under construction is scheduled for completion approximately Fall of 2009.
